Well they are good theorys but again I must agree with everyone else. Filch can't do magic there is no way he could find the chain in the water. You said that he could pick up magic after being at the school so but he wouldn't be able to preform it. I think J.K.R developed his charactor pretty well and as far as need. I don't think J.K.R would make it him, he doesn't have enough guts to tell Voldomort (sp) that he doesn't care about him finding this because by the time he(vold) finds out he'll be dead. It is pretty much clear the Vold. knows who R.A.B is. It sounds as though R.A.B new Vold. Personaly. Besides if filch found the cave and locket then he would have told Dumbledore asking for protection. It is possible that Sirius's brother is R.A.B. I mean all the signs are there. There are many clues/things that could point to that. I doubt its bones. It doesn't seem like bones was planning on dieing anytime soon and thats why a death eater seems the most possible person. We don't want to underestimate j.k.r she does like to through in twist. I'm not completely sure she would make it that clear who R.a.b is. It could also be a Charactor only briefly mentioned in a book. J.K.R. has had the major details of the books planned sence she worte the first one so she could have easily through in something about another charactor who we never gave a thought about. I guess we all will just have to wait and see but that won't stop us from guessing I suppose.
