The eavesdropper that was listening in on the Prophjecy had to have been banned from the Hogs Head afterwards, so who has been banned form there for the last 16/17 years?

It can't have been Mundungus...coz he has been banned from there for the last 20 years.

I GUESS it COULD have been Peter Pettigrew...but then Dumbldore would have stopped him before then...wouldn't he?
