I voted for when DD dies, but the the saddest moment in my opinion is the very last sentence in book 6. I don't know why but it broke my heart. You know the one: "He (Harry) felt his heart lift at the thought that there was still one last golden day of peace left to enjoy with Ron and Hermione."
It's so sad :-(
