i agree dont think that i will be filch coz:
1) his initals are not rab
2)hes a squib
3) he was on umbriges side (the side that wantted to pretend that nothing was wrong)

i think that hes a horrible character and i think that the real rab is an ex deatheater that feels that it was upp to him to help uncover as much as he could about volds weakness inorder to make up for some of the bad he did.

i think that that is a pretty decent thing for somone to do and i dont think that flich is capable of gpoing out of his way to to a good thing.

plus the person seemed pretty sure that he wasnt far of from being murdered, and filch is still alive.
