I've just finished reading Chapter Twenty-Three (Horcruxes) and in just that one chapter, it has everything we need to know and everything that we've been guessing. First of all, it disproves that Harry is a horcrux. Secondly, here is all that it tells us:
1st Horcrux: Riddle's Diary-Destroyed
2nd Horcrux: Marvolo's Ring-Destroyed
3rd Horcrux: Slytherin's Locket-ACTUAL Location Unknown
4th Horcrux: Helga Hufflepuff's Cup-Location Unknown
5th Horcrux: Either a Ravenclaw or Gryffindor possession-Unknown
6th Horcrux: Nagini-N/Dead and w/Voldemort
7th Horcrux: Voldemort-Being used for Voldemort's body
On the fifth Horcrux, Dumbledore believes that it has to be a Ravenclaw possession because the only know Gryffindor possession is in his office and could have only been shown from a true Gryffindor, but our real problem is where all these things lye. The location of the diary was with the Lucius, and the location of the ring was in the Gaunt's old house, and the location of the locket was in the cave where young Voldemort lured two fellow orphans once. So all the locations where Voldemort chose to put his Horcruxes have to do with his past, that's why I think that one of the locations for one of the Horcruxes is the actual orphanage. And all of the things that the horcruxes are stored in are trophies that Voldemort's gotten from things he's done, so in order to find the fifth horcrux, Harry has to find a memory of something horrible that Voldemort's done and then something of Ravenclaw's goes missing, that's how DUmbledore found the other horcruxes. lol, That's why he really needs Hermione and Ron with him, they'll know things about old wizards. So, where do you think the Horcruxes will be, and what will be the fifth Horcrux?
