I'm just wondering, if they were at school together, Reggie might have got the idea about -and the way to become- an animagus from his big bro. but why is Reggie looking for more Horcruxes as a toad? Has he got stuck? Maybe the potion he drank (if it WAS him) to get the locket horcrux, doesn't kill you but eventually turns you into a toad.
