Bellatrix didn't go to Hogwarts together with Voldy. In Slughorn's memory, it was Rodolphus Lestrange who was in Hogwarts with Voldy. Bellatrix is Rodolphus's wife (her maiden name is Black, she's the sister of Narcissa -Malfoy's wife- and Andromeda -Tonks's mother-).
