I'm new tothe site. As you can see by my screen name I am a mom and Harry Potter fan. I became interested in the books when my son was 5. He's going to be 9 next month. I read the first one to him and he really enjoyed hearing it. Then we read the 2nd and 3rd and I was ordering the 4th and 5th even before we were done with the others. We really enjoy the movies too. I have read all the book and love them all.

So about me, I am a 34 year ols single mom who teacher 3rd grare for a Catholic school. I was teaching 1st for 3 years and wanted a change. When our 3rd grade teacher decided to retire I asked to be moved into her classroom. I can't wait! :P

So why did I join this site? Well, I wanted to chat with other adults about Harry Potter. I'm not sure if this is mostly kids or not but thought it would be a good place to start. I was talking with some parents at a birthday party yesterday about the newest book and we came up with theories. It was fun to chat about it.

Anyway, if anyone can send me info I should know about this site i would appreciate it!
