Yeah, if Dumbledore was pleading for his life, wouldn't he have finished his sentence eg. "Severus....please...don't do it..."
Dumbledore had seen the doubts about killing him in Snapes mind and had to ask him again to follow through with their plan, whatever that might be.
The only thing that doesn't support this theory is that Snape was looking at Dumbledore with hatred.
