I never thought about that. Though, it does make some sense. Dumbledore would have warned the Longbottoms, and so that part could be true. The thing I'm having trouble with is Mrs. Longbottom and the gum. why and how would she have put a spell on it? She is crazy. Unless she is acting, but why would she act?... Hmmm... Maybe it was under Dumbledores orders. I hope we find more inforemation on this in the next book. |
